Pistachio joypaste

JoyPaste is a concentrated cream, made by JoyGelato for IRCA. They are used raw materials of high quality for the cream concentrate which can be used both for ice-cream and the cake.

Application:

flavoring ice cream, creams Mice creams for macarons until cotta, ganache, etc.

Our /> Dosage

- the cake: 60-90g per 1 kg of mousse, ganache, cream, etc.

- for ice cream: 80-120 g per 1 kg. composition

* The dosage is indicative, depending on the desired taste can add or reduce the amount of pulp.
