Usage:
1. The powder was put in mixer bowl. P>
2. To 100 grams of powder was added 80 grams of warm water. (40-45 degrees Celsius) p>
3. The mixing at a medium speed for 2 minutes until a creamy paste. If you want you can add color if desired. P>
4. The paste is spread in small amounts matritaul silicone and remove the excess with a scraper. Vertical farms are movements p>
5. Repeat removing surplus but with horizontal movements. P>
6. Drying can be done in three ways: p>
Fast drying in the oven with ventilation: 4 min. at a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. p>
in the furnace hearth rapid drying: for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees celcius. p>
normal drying within 3 hours at ambient temperature. P>
drying guys are approximate, depending on the type of furnace they must adapt. P>
7. Is removed from the board starting from a corner, p>
In order to secure the lace sugar cake with water wets the sugar paste is pressed cake and lace. If not used immediately, lace can be placed between sheets of baking sheet and stored in a zippered bag. If the use or baking it is brittle / too dry then place over the baking sheet for 30 scarnds on a damp towel. P>
