To transfer the model from the acetate foil, the chocolate is tempered to 31.5 ° C, placed with the print on the chocolate and left to cool for 15 minutes, at a temperature between 4-8 ° C. After the chocolate has hardened carefully, the plastic foil is lifted from one corner. Before use, the transfer sheet should be kept in a dry place and cool (between 15 and 20 ° C). It is recommended to use only white chocolate.
