Gel dye, professional, very concentrated, paste type. It can be used to color fondant, icing paste, marzipan, whipped cream, butter / butter cream, sugar and other edible products. Add in very small quantities until you get the desired shade. It can be used up to 4g. of gel to color a kilogram of paste.
Ingredients: water, sugar, glucose syrup, dyes: E133 (12%), modified corn starch, thickening agent: E440, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202.
