EMILY CREAM g 400-450 Water g 1000 

If you want to get a particularly tasty cream you can replace water with milk as long as it is at room temperature (15-25 ° C). The doses are as follows: EMILY CREAM g 350-400 Milk g 1000

Add EMILY CREAM to water (or milk) and shake vigorously with a whisk, then let stand for 3 minutes and stir briefly until a smooth and creamy structure is obtained.
