Chocolate nobel bianco

Nobel surrogate chocolate range is produced by IRCA. White chocolate for professional use with a pleasant taste, suitable for making creams or to cover cakes. This product can be used successfully to cover small cakes on a stick (cakepops). Melt on a steam bath, are introduced cookies and proofed at room temperature (so not crack the chocolate icing). It can be colored with dyes based on cocoa butter.

Because of the strong taste of chocolate and gloss long is perfect to create dcarrations without requiring moderation.
