Nobel surrogate chocolate range is produced by IRCA. White chocolate for professional use with a pleasant taste, suitable for making creams or to cover cakes. This product can be used successfully to cover small cakes on a stick (cakepops). Melt on a steam bath, are introduced cookies and proofed at room temperature (so not crack the chocolate icing). It can be colored with dyes based on cocoa butter.
